If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For other issues or if you need basic First Aid, check in with the Hugo Fire Department and EMS located in the Kidzone on the west side of Pedersen Pavilion.

Yes, Hugo Lions will be collecting lost items and placing them in a secure area inside Pedersen Pavilion. Check in with organizers inside to locate your belongings or send an email to hugomnlions@gmail.com

We recommend taking the free shuttles from Blue Heron Grill Friday or Saturday evenings or from JL Schwieters Friday evening or all-day Saturday. For complete details click on our shuttle page.

The Pedersen Pavilion building will only be accessible to the public Saturday from 11AM - 5PM and Sunday from 11AM - 3PM. For nursing mothers or for other comfort needs, please find a Hugo Lions club member in red for additional help outside of those hours.

All are welcome to come enjoy the live music Friday and Saturday night free of charge in the family-friendly green space near the stage.
Those wishing to enter the beer garden can do so free of charge up to 7pm. After 7pm, there is a $10 entry fee. Must be 21 years of age or older to enter.

In most cases, we can refund event registration fees. If payment is made by credit card, however, we will refund all but the fee that Paypal keeps for processing your payment. (usually around 3%)
